How it Works

During either of the full day retreat options (The Cavern and The Trove), Game Master Zinzi Bree will take her players through a game created by Story Engine Deck.

Book Dragon Ink’s Story Wizard, Sage Moreaux, is your go-to resource for anything related to the Story Seed competitions, announcements, and awards.

Zinzi Bree sets up the game and runs it like the Game Master she is, and from there, Sage is your point person.

She will carefully read each submission and narrow down the prize winners, If she gets stuck and cannot make a decision for any reason, or she simply feels it is most respectful to the stories to get a second opinion, she will send her top picks over to Zinzi who will help with final decisions.

Sage Moreaux is an aspiring author working on her first YA series. she writes about magic, friendships, first romantic stirrings, heroes, and all of the things that create some our world’s most beloved books of all time.

Although Sage used to film and edit videos, she turned her sights toward any and all things books several years ago. Now she is a sensitivity reader who reviews and labels content triggers for somethingsomethingmediasite.com.

Her expertise has evolved into excellent first chapter analyses, outline + plot reviews, and sensitivity readings for writers of speculative fiction.
